Q. How much is shipping? A. Domestic orders are free priority shipping and $30-60 next day shipping when available on hair only. Carrier may vary depending on availability for next day delivery. International orders depends on location and shipping should be discussed and agreed upon prior to checkout.

Q. How long will it take my order to be shipped? A. Orders made before 12:00 noon with cleared payment will be shipped the same day. Orders made after 12:00 noon or on weekends will be shipped the following business day.

Q. When will I receive my order? A. Free priority shipping typically takes 2-4 business days, but is not guaranteed. Delivery speed of Priority shipping depends solely on United States Postal Service. Next day shipping, if put in before 8:00am, arrives next business day excluding weekends and holidays. In rare cases where USPS can not guarantee next day delivery, items will be received no later than 2 business days.

Q. Can I get a refund/exchange? A. Refunds or exchanges will be accepted within 5 days upon receipt of hair. Must be unused, must have original packaging, inner band must be intact, and hair must not be altered. No refund or exchanges on lashes or custom units. 

Q. Can I track my order? A. Yes, all orders will have tracking numbers available.

Q. Do you offer other products, and how can I order them? A. Yes, we offer a variety of other products on a special order basis. Simply leave a message or contact us on our social media pages to place an order for items not listed. Prices vary and upfront payment is required. 

Q. Do you offer discounts? A. Yes, a list of current discounts can be found on the home page or any of our social media pages.

Q. Do you have a referral program? A. Yes, receive $5 off your order for each completed sale from a referral. Referral must give your full name prior to checkout.
