Please allow up to 2 business days for order processing and payment verification. 2-10 business days for domestic deliveries. 9-14 business days for international shipping.

Return Policy

Returns and exchanges may be accepted within 5 days upon receipt of products. Must be unused, must have original packaging, inner band must be intact, and may not be altered or adulterated in any way. Customer pays return shipping. No returns or exchanges on lashes or custom units. JB Hair reserves the right to refuse refunds and exchanges on any and all orders. Note: If package doesn't arrive and you don't use a traceable method to return, we will not be able to process your refund. Refund processing will begin once return has been received. Allow up to 5 business days for refund to process.

Shipping & Deliveries

Domestic: All domestic orders are shipped USPS priority mail unless expressly stated.

International: International orders will be shipped UPS, FEDEX, or USPS depending on price or customer preference. Customers for international orders are responsible for all fees and shipping cost. These cost should be discussed and agreed upon prior to checkout. International orders where shipping cost and fees are not paid will be refunded.

Product Availability

JB Hair reserves the right without liability or prior notice to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. Prices are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion to modify the Terms or any other policies or guidelines applicable to services or products at any time.
